Upon arrival at the Reception Lobby at Level 52, an exclusive Kids Check-in Counter with a plethora of lion toys is set up to give the junior guests a warm welcome. Every kid will receive a colorful "Ritz Kids" check-in folder, in which they will find a special check-in form to complete. After completing the form, each kid will receive a gift as a reward.
Expecting the needs and wishes of the junior guests, the '''' will let them embark on an evening of adventure from the comfort of their Shanghai hotel room. An extraordinary in-room camping experience awaits them as part of the Ritz Kids program. The journey starts from the arrival at the room. The junior guest will find a specially prepared full set of washing supplies, which include: bathrobe, slippers, and toothbrush with toothpaste. A tent with The Ritz Carlton linens will be carefully placed for the little guests as well. Furthermore, the special guest will receive an adventure coloring book with a stamp card, in addition to a flashlight, compass and camping bottle as we introduce the tent and explain how to acquire stamps.
