The Company would like to make it abundantly clear that it has neither initiated nor completed installation of its software at Tata Memorial Hospital or the 11 other hospitals mentioned in the press release. The Company is also not aware of any deal of any sort, or a working relation or partnership of any type with Microsoft India.
Further, the Company also flatly denies rolling out its SANVI HEALTHLYNX information management systems in 53 hospitals as mentioned in the news release. The news about the annual recurring revenue of $9,250,000 from hospital contracts is also completely false and so is the news about reducing its authorized capital structure from 2,000,000,000 to 750,000,000.
