(TSX VENTURE: BOC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved as of October 28, 2015, the grant of an aggregate of 785,714 stock options (the "Options") to eligible participants of the Company''s stock option plan (the "Plan"). The Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.07, with vesting over various periods, all in accordance with the Plan.
