PF Hospitality Group Launches New Restaurant Concept, Shaker & Pie

(OTC PINK: PFHS) ("PF Hospitality Group" or the "Company"), a management firm which develops and operates innovative brands within the hospitality industry, announces its newest restaurant concept in Boca Raton, Florida: Shaker & Pie. For its flagship location, the Company has partnered with iconic restaurateurs, Sub-Culture Restaurant Group (). PF Hospitality Group will hold 51% of Shaker & Pie, while Sub-Culture maintains 49%, and the entire transaction is being financed through the Company''s existing shareholders, as announced in July of 2015: ().
