(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/20/15 -- Pacific Iron Ore Corporation (TSX VENTURE: POC) ("POC" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it received shareholder approval on October 15, 2015, for the previously announced sale to a private, arm''s length British Columbia corporation (St. Anthony Exploration and Mining Ltd.) of all of its interests in the St. Anthony''s gold project as well as its other Ontario properties.
