Kaizen Discovery Announces Change to Board of Directors

(TSX VENTURE: KZD) announced today that David Birkenshaw has resigned as a Director, effective immediately, citing personal reasons. Mr. Birkenshaw was a Director of Kaizen''s predecessor company, Concordia Resources Corp., and retained the directorship following Kaizen''s reverse takeover of Concordia in December 2013.
The company thanks Mr. Birkenshaw for his contributions to the board during his tenure.
