Capstream Announces Change in Officer
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/20/15 -- Capstream Ventures Inc. ("Capstream" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CSP.H) announces the appointment of Mr. Jonathan Younie as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Since 2006, Mr. Younie has been the Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting, of the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and a director and/or officer of various TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Prior to joining New Dawn, Mr. Younie held accounting positions at private and public companies. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Tyner Resources Ltd., Condor Resources Inc. and Gstaad Capital Corp. and as a director of Velocity Minerals Ltd., all TSX Venture listed companies.
Ms. Jody Bellefleur has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms. Bellefleur for her contributions to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
