Dealnet Announces Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/19/15 -- Dealnet Capital Corp. ("Dealnet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DLS) announces that the Board of Directors granted 500,000 stock options to an officer of the Company pursuant to the Company''s stock option plan. The stock options will vest over a period of 18 months and will be exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $0.91 per stock option.
