(firmenpresse) - BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/15/15 -- Intrepid Mines Limited (ASX: IAU) ("Intrepid" or the "Company") advises that it has despatched a Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 19 November 2015 at 2 p.m. (AEDT), pursuant to receipt of a notice ("Requisition Notice") under Section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 from The Northern Trust Company of Delaware (as legal holder for Lloyd I. Miller TR A-4), requesting that Intrepid hold a general meeting of shareholders to consider resolutions to remove all current directors (with the exception of Mr Richard Baumfield) and to appoint two new directors in their place.
