(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/14/15 -- Port Metro Vancouver and North Shore Rescue will together take part in an announcement as Port Metro Vancouver donates an important piece of operating equipment to assist in rescue operations.
Media are invited to join a brief event and photo opportunity. A Talon helicopter and port authority patrol boat will be present. Peter Xotta, Vice President of Planning and Operations, and Chris Wellstood, Director Marine Operations & Security and Harbour Master, Port Metro Vancouver, as well as Mike Danks, Team Leader, North Shore Rescue will take part in the announcement and answer questions from media.
Parking will be available on-site in Helijet''s parking lot. This event will be held under a tent, rain or shine. Please wear appropriate footwear for a grass surface.
