PRD Energy Announces Management Change
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/13/15 -- PRD Energy Inc. ("PRD" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PRD) announces that Jeff Scott, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from his position as an officer of the Company effective October 9, 2015. The Board of Directors of PRD Energy Inc. would like to thank Mr. Scott for his dedicated service to PRD.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Graeme Ryder as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Ryder joins the Company with extensive financial and accounting experience, including most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Arcan Resources Ltd. The appointment of Mr. Ryder is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approvals.
