Company Focuses on Social Responsibility While Expanding Services for Fortune 500 Utility Customer

Employees from Alorica''s Endicott site aim to raise $3,000 to help raise awareness and support the organization''s research efforts to find a treatment for neuromuscular diseases.
Millions of Americans are affected by muscular dystrophy, a degenerative disease of the muscles and nerves that control movement and sensation in the body. The , which will be held at the Syracuse District, will welcome members of the community as well as two Alorica employees who will act as ''jailbirds'' until their fundraising goal of $3,000 is met. The annual event raises $60,000 each year to fight muscle diseases and is open to the community for donations.
Alorica, which has a site located at 1000 Perimeter Road, holds a critical role in the economic and business community in Endicott. In addition to supporting local charities, the company is hiring more than 90 new positions by the end of this year. This growth will provide long-term career opportunities to Endicott residents and help boost the local economy.
