BlueOcean NutraSciences Inc. Announces Issuance of Shares and Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/08/15 -- BlueOcean NutraSciences Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BOC) announces that the Board of Directors has approved as of October 7, 2015, the grant of an aggregate of 60,000 stock options (the "Options") to a member of the Board of Directors. The Options have a term of 5 years and are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.085, all in accordance with the Company''s stock option plan.

BlueOcean is a Canadian company that develops specialty oils using innovative product platforms targeted at the rapidly growing health and Wellness and Animal Feed markets.
BlueOcean is developing specialty oil products from multiple sources.
