GINSMS Inc.: Vivian Lau Elected as A New Director

(TSX VENTURE: GOK) (the "Corporation" or "GINSMS") is pleased to announce the election at the last Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation held in Montreal on September 30, 2015 of Kuen Kuen (Vivian) Lau as a new director of the Corporation. Mrs. Lau was elected together with all the other three director nominees who were already directors of the Corporation. The Board of Directors of the Corporation now consists of Mrs. Lau, Benedict Leung, Paul Fung Yuen Law and Siang Hui (Joel) Chin. Mrs. Lau fills out the vacancy left by the resignation of Jonathan Lai on September 4, 2015.
