Highland Completes Private Placement With Osisko
(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/07/15 -- Further to its October 5, 2015 announcement, Highland Copper Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: HI) ("Highland") is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of 24,426,434 common shares (the "Shares") with Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (TSX: OR) ("Osisko") at a price of C$0.15 per share for gross proceeds of C$3,663,965. Following completion of the private placement, Highland has 153,968,626 Shares issued and outstanding and Osisko owns 29,420,434 Shares which represents approximately 19.1% of Highland''s Shares on a non-diluted basis. The Shares issued to Osisko are subject to a hold period expiring February 7, 2015.
