KGIC Appoints Robert Morrison to Board of Directors

Mr. Morrison is a private investor, Chartered Financial Analyst, and presently the Company''s largest common shareholder, with direct and indirect holdings of 24.4 million common shares, representing approximately 13.1% of the Company''s issued and outstanding shares. Mr. Morrison has published in the field of corporate governance and has Canadian public company board level experience.
