Teekay Corporation Declares Dividend
(firmenpresse) - HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/05/15 -- Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE: TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.55 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The cash dividend is payable on November 19, 2015 to all shareholders of record as at October 16, 2015.
