Kirkland Lake Gold Announces Management Update
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/05/15 -- Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. ("Kirkland Lake Gold" or the "Company") (TSX: KGI), an operating and exploration gold company with operations in Ontario, Canada, announces the appointment of Mr. Perry Ing, as Chief Financial Officer effective November 2, 2015.
Mr. Ing is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (Illinois), and a Chartered Financial Analyst with over 13 years of financial management experience in the mining sector and 18 years industry experience. Mr. Ing started his accounting career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent 6 years in progressively senior roles before joining Goldcorp Inc., in 2003. Mr. Ing most recently held the positions of Financial Consultant with Barrick Gold Corporation from 2005 to 2008, and has been the Chief Financial Officer with McEwen Mining Inc., since 2008. Mr. Ing holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Toronto.
