Mr. Jim McKee of AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) spent over two hours reviewing client files, speaking with caregivers, and new this year, asking several questions to the client directly. Founder and Administrator, Linda LeMonte described the new client questioning €œas mostly focused on Medication Prompts and how the client felt about their caregiver.€

LeMonte continued to say, €œIt is always tense when the State regulator comes in without prior notice and starts going through your client files. Fortunately, I have confidence in my office staff and wasn''t too worried.€ Lauren Highley, Alternate Administrator states, €œYou need to be really organized and be on top of things.€ Karen Basore, Admin Assistant adds, €œWe pay close attention to detail in both our Caregiver and Client files. They need to be impeccably kept€. Earlier in the spring, Paradise Home Health Care''s main office in Boca Raton also had its AHCA review and was re-licensed with no deficiencies. Ms. LeMonte opened Paradise Home Health Care in 2011 after a family experience with home health care.
