(the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: DMC.P), a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, announces the Corporation will not be proceeding with its previously announced qualifying transaction as originally disclosed via Marketwired on July 7, 2015. The Corporation will continue identifying and evaluating other potential transactions.
