Bombardier Closes the Sale of its Military Aviation Training Activities to CAE Inc.
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/15 -- Bombardier (TSX: BBD.A)(TSX: BBD.B)(OTCQX: BDRBF) announced today that it has closed the sale of its Military Aviation Training activities to CAE Inc. for a total consideration of $19.8 million Cdn. This will enable Bombardier to further focus on its core business areas. This transaction has received the approval of all appropriate regulatory authorities and other consents from government bodies.
