(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwired) -- 09/30/15 -- On November 26, 2014, Drake Private Investments LLC ("Drake") acquired direct ownership of 50,000,000 units (the "Units") Castle Resources Inc. ("Castle") (CSE: CRI) at a price of $0.01 per Unit pursuant to the terms of a non-brokered private placement. Each Unit was comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one common share for $0.05 until November 26, 2019. After giving effect to the purchase of Units, Drake owns, in the aggregate, 93,289,828 common shares of Castle, representing approximately 37.1% of the common shares issued and outstanding as at the date hereof. Drake also holds 52,750,000 warrants, or approximately 81% of the outstanding warrants of Castle as at the date hereof.
Drake acquired the Units for investment purposes, and has no current intention to increase the beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, securities of Castle Resources Inc. These investments will be reviewed on a continuing basis and holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
