The agreement was signed in the third quarter.
Commissions, Litmos and Workflow are key components of the Lead to Money suite from (NASDAQ: CALD), a global leader in cloud-based sales, marketing, learning and customer experience solutions. Physio-Control''s decision to go with CallidusCloud hinged on its need for a multi-lingual and multi-currency payment system to handle its global business.
The CallidusCloud solutions will replace manual, spreadsheet methods of tracking commission plans. Physio-Control, like an increasing number of businesses, has a complex commissions payment environment, with multiple plans that are either tier- or points-based, and quarterly bonuses based on quotas. The company''s plans pay monthly or quarterly based on the sales rep, and plans change yearly. This complexity puts a strain on manual management approaches. This will be eased by powerful workflows and easy to access learning content to drastically reduce time spent on queries and tracking payments.
