AgriMinco Announces the Refiling of Certain MD&A
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/29/15 -- AgriMinco Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ANO) announces as a result of a review by staff of the Ontario Securities Commission, the MD&A dated 30 September 2014, 31 December 2014, 31 March 2015 and 30 June 2015 have been edited and refiled on SEDAR.
Ontario Securities Commission requested the Company revise its reporting of the historic estimate and exploration target of the clay deposit in the Company''s Southern Togo property to comply with the disclosure requirements of NI 43-101. In addition, the Company is in the process of revising its website to bring its disclosure for the Southern Togo, Bassar and Oglat & Taoudenni projects into compliance.
