The German Society for Quality (DGQ) confirms the quality of products, processes and services at a high level / "Committed to Excellence - 1 Star" for customer satisfaction, employee orientation, management skills and social responsibility
(PresseBox) - The German Society for Quality (DGQ) awarded exceet Secure Solutions, a member of exceet Group AG, the ?Committed to Excellence ? 1 Star? certificate in July 2015. With the first level of the internationally valid EFQM model for Business Excellence, the specialist for IT Security and M2M/IoT was recognized for its responsible business practices as well as a clear strategic orientation.
Ideas, processes, innovations, creativity ? all this constitutes a systematic quality management and enables companies to perform at top level. Against this background, exceet Secure Solutions received the quality seal ?Committed to Excellence ? 1 Star? for excellent performance and was thus appreciated with regard to customer satisfaction, employee orientation, management skills as well as social responsibility.
Highest Quality for Real Customer Benefit
Three improvement projects were chosen and successfully realized. In this context, exceet Secure Solutions could not only prove the quality of its products, services and processes, but also demonstrate that the company is capable of identifying strategic projects and implementing them successfully. ?Satisfying our customers, partners and employees is our highest priority in all that we do?, explains Christian Methe, CEO of exceet Secure Solutions. ?Our claim is to generate real benefit for everybody.
