NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 9(10) OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT ON CHANGE IN
OWNERSHIP
Restamax Plc (business ID 1952494-7) has on 28 September 2015 received from
Tamares Holdings Sweden Ab (business ID 556730-4463) a flaggings notification
under Section 9(5) of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the
company''s shareholding has fallen below the 5 per cent limit to 0.00 per cent of
Restamax Plc''s share capital and votes on 28 September 2015.
The change is due to a share transaction of 28 September 2015, by which Tamares
Holdings Sweden Ab has sold all the 1,923,080 Restamax Plc shares it owned.
Before the share transaction, Tamares Holdings Sweden Ab owned 11.74 per cent of
Restamax Plc''s shares.
Restamax Plc''s share capital is made up of a total of 16,379,620 shares, and
each share has one vote.
