When asked about his personal inspiration to succeed at the company, Black referred to his son, Timothy, who will be graduating as a United States Marine in mid-October. One might say that the Black family is a prime example of the American Dream because of their patriotism and their aspirations to build a strong foundation for their business that allows individuals to seize the opportunity to start at the bottom and work to the top. Black remarked that his secret to success is hard work, stating, "It''s an all-in mentality and requires commitment. If my clients are there, I am there." And it is that sense of hope and forward momentum at Live and Breathe Technologies that has enabled the business to find success.
For example, the company runs a year-long internship program to give students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the workforce. Because the company is operating out of a college town, Black remarked that it gave an excellent opportunity to work with and provide students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field. For instance, Tyler Crank recently completed a summer internship with the firm. Tyler, who had the opportunity to shadow Black, is projected to graduate from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a bachelor''s degree in Marketing in December 2015.
