N-Viro Energy Ltd. Signs Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation
(firmenpresse) - TOLEDO, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 09/28/15 -- N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) announces N-Viro Energy (Hong Kong) Ltd. has executed a Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation with Tongxiang People''s Government of Zhejiang Province. Tongxiang City owns five wastewater treatment facilities within Jiaxing Zhejiang and is located in the center of the Yangtze Delta. Together the parties agree to develop an N-Viro Fuel™ waste-to-energy project to service the five facilities that handle a population of approximately 1 million people.
The mutual desire is to introduce the range of N-Viro systems and technologies in China. As well discuss the location of the headquarters of N-Viro China, in Tongxiang City and research and feasibility studies to expand our bioorganic waste-to-energy processes to include various food waste residuals.
