Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. Opens Second Texas Location in Paris; Also Adds Pair of Advisors to Illinois Office
(firmenpresse) - ST. LOUIS, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/14/15 -- Brokerage firm opened an office in Paris, Texas, company officials announced today. The new location is the firm''s second in the Lone Star State, joining Sherman. In addition, the firm announced that two advisors joined its existing office in Decatur, Ill.
Collectively, the new advisors represent $231 million in assets under management. With the new office, the firm now has 51 offices and a presence in 24 states.

Joining the firm are the following (by location):
: Smith brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and concentrates on retirement income planning. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in 2012. He transfers from Wells Fargo Advisors. Also making the move is Mary Olsen, who joins as a senior financial associate and will assist with client service responsibilities.
: Todd Brunner brings with him more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, and concentrates on investment strategies and retirement planning. In 2007, he earned his ACCREDITED ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST(SM), or AAMS®, certification from the College for Financial Planning.
: Jamie Brunner has worked in the financial services industry since 2008 and specializes in retirement planning and women in investing. Previously, she worked in advertising and public relations, and served as a missionary.
Todd and Jamie, who are married, are transferring from Edward Jones.
