Fix number of Directors
The ordinary resolution fixing the number of directors at 6 was approved. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting voted as follows:
Election of Directors
Each of the six director nominees set forth in the Company''s 2015 Management Information Circular was elected a director of the Company to serve until the next annual general meeting of the Company or until his successor is duly elected or his office is earlier vacated. Appointment of Auditors
Deloitte LLP were appointed auditors of the Company to hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company, and the directors of the Company were authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors. Termination of Shareholder Rights Plan
The resolution ratifying, confirming and approving the termination of the Company'' Shareholder Rights Plan was approved. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting voted as follows:
