The title of Platinum channel partner reflects the excellent expertise UC Point has displayed with the AudioCodes UC solution portfolio, enabling smooth migration and consistent implementation for its customers worldwide. This core competency is also well reflected in UC Point’s Hardware Maintenance Program, UCP CAM, which ensures high performance of the customer’s Unified Communications solution.
UC Point is now a Platinum Partner of AudioCodes. This certification reflects the highest competency in AudioCodes´ Unified Communications solutions for Skype for Business/ Lync – such as Media Gateways, Session Border Controller (SBCs) or Survivable Branch Appliances (SBAs). AudioCodes has more than 200 System Integrators/ VARs among its channel partners in Europe. However, in the DACH region, UC Point is one of only six AudioCodes partners with a black belt and a One Voice certification. Black belts refer to the number of qualified AudioCodes engineers a partner holds on its staff. UC Point itself has seven black belts. The additional One Voice logo relates to partners who have specialized competency in all AudioCodes’ Skype for Business / Lync solutions.
UC Point collaborates with AudioCodes to provide its customers with the latest Skype for Business/ Lync Media Gateways, SBCs and SBAs to ensure the highest performance for their Unified Communications solution. UC Point augments AudioCodes’ Skype for Business/ Lync solutions with its Hardware Maintenance Program called UCP Care Maintenance (UCP CAM). UCP Care Maintenance combines Advanced Hardware Replacement with a free access on patches and updates for AudioCodes’ hardware and software. Advanced Hardware Replacement guarantees prompt replacement of a malfunctioning component with a new UC hardware element at no charge.
The three UCP CAM service levels Expedited, Priority and Priority Plus are tailored to the different maintenance needs of enterprises. Expedited and Priority Service are available in the European Union, Switzerland and North America. Moreover, to guarantee minimum downtime of a customer’s Unified Communication solution for enterprises in other countries as well, UC Point offers Priority Plus service with a managed spare device.
