Acquisition Expands Dunbar Armored's Presence in Upstate New York and Brings New Services to Region

(Titan Armored), a regional armored carrier with offices in Newburgh and Albany, New York and with customers spread throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital District.
The acquisition of Titan Armored represents a further step in Dunbar Armored''s consistent national expansion. The full integration of Titan Armored''s operations with Dunbar Armored''s operations, effective August 28, 2015, will enable Dunbar Armored to expedite the growth of its geographic footprint and deliver enhanced cash management solutions, such as EZChange® and Cash Manager Safes®, to the marketplace, including to former Titan Armored customers. The acquisition also serves to bolster the size and depth of Dunbar Armored''s bench of industry professionals with the addition of Titan Armored talent to the team.
