WABCO Announces Major Long-Term Supply Agreement With a Leading Russian Commercial Vehicle Maker; Discloses Its New Major-Supplier Win at COMTRANS/15 International Exhibition in Moscow

WABCO made its announcement at COMTRANS/15, one of the industry''s largest commercial vehicle auto exhibitions, to be held until September 12 in Moscow, Russia.
The new agreement marks further expansion of WABCO''s partnership with this customer as WABCO is now engaged as major supplier of anti-lock braking as well as electronic braking systems; traction control and electronic stability control; and electronically controlled air suspension, among other braking and air management products that help to improve vehicle safety and efficiency.
For more than a decade, WABCO has been supplying this major original equipment manufacturer headquartered in Russia with innovative technologies for braking, stability and suspension systems.
WABCO was awarded its major supplier relationship based on results of a tender. WABCO''s differentiation is furthered through its comprehensive offering of advanced systems and conventional technologies produced in best cost countries, resulting in delivery of high quality products at optimal cost efficiency. In addition, local WABCO application engineers support this customer throughout product development and completion of successful homologation.
