GINSMS Announces Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

(TSX VENTURE: GOK) (the "Corporation" or "GINSMS") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Chee Ming Shum as new interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Corporation in replacement of Jonathan Lai who is resigning as both interim CFO and director of the Corporation with immediate effect.
