DealNet Announces Issuance of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/03/15 -- DealNet Capital Corp. ("DealNet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: DLS), announces that the Board of Directors granted 257,200 stock options to a director of the Company on September 1, 2015 pursuant to the Company''s stock option plan. The stock options will vest immediately and will be exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $0.56 per stock option.
