Synodon Issues Shares to Officers
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/01/15 -- Synodon Inc. ("Synodon" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SYD) announced that pursuant to agreements signed with Nimal Rodrigo (COO) and Deborah Rodrigo (CFO) respectively, dated May 1, 2015 and as announced in a press release dated May 28, 2015, the Company issued 293,686 shares in lieu of cash remuneration for services rendered during the period from May 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015. The shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.0681 being the average of the closing price of the shares on the TSX Venture Exchange for the twenty days up to and including August 31, 2015.
