(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/31/15 -- On August 27 and 28, 2015, Ike Kolias of #113, 827 Glenmore Trail S.W., Calgary, Alberta, T2V 2H4 acquired ownership of an aggregate of 2,157,500 common shares ("Common Shares") of Relentless Resources Ltd. ("Relentless" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: RRL), representing approximately 3.38% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. As of the date hereof, Mr. Kolias owns 7,642,213 Common Shares, representing 11.99% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
The Common Shares were acquired for investment purposes. Mr. Kolias and his family members may, from time to time, on an individual or joint basis acquire additional securities of the Corporation, dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current position.
The Common Shares were acquired in the open market through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of $0.115 per Common Share.
