(firmenpresse) - NASSAU, BAHAMAS -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/15 -- Clearwave Telecommunications, Inc. (formerly Gold Star North American Mining, Inc.) (OTC PINK: CWTC) today announced the Company has completed the name change to Clearwave Telecommunications, Inc. The corporate action was completed with the Nevada Secretary of State on July 31, 2015 and was made effective by FINRA today. The Company also announces that its symbol has changed to CWTC.
