The common shares will be delisted in connection with the arrangement between Corona Gold, Oban Mining Corporation, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation and Ryan Gold Corp. completed on August 25, 2015 pursuant to which Oban Mining Corporation acquired all of the outstanding shares of Corona Gold, among others.
