(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/25/15 -- BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited (TSX VENTURE: BFS) ("BFS" or the "Company") of Richmond Hill, Ontario, announced today changes to the Company''s Board of Directors. Effective August 19, 2015 and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Elaine Shaw was appointed as a director of BFS. Elaine Shaw is a significant shareholder of BFS and a long term member of BFS management. BFS also announced that Mark Shoniker has resigned as a director of BFS. Denis Donnelly on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Company wishes to thank Mark Shoniker for his valuable contribution and service.
