Global Arena Holding Secures Initial Capital Infusion
Pending Acquisition to Leverage Cryptocurrency Technology Advanced by Capital Injection

(the "Company") (OTC PINK: GAHC) announced today the Company has received a capital infusion to be applied partly toward completing the acquisition of ("BTC"). Additional financial commitments continue to be secured. It is anticipated that BTC will help the Company to deploy a strategy that leverages the underlying crypto technology of Bitcoin, ''.''
