CSE: 2015-0805 - Name Change/Consolidation - Argentium Resources Inc. (AOK)
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/21/15 -- Argentium Resources Inc. announced a name change to Northern Sphere Mining Corp. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on a twenty (20) old to one (1) new basis. No fractional common shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation, and any fractional common shares that would otherwise be issued will be rounded down or up to the nearest whole number.
As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 2,335,614.
Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name and symbol on Monday, August 24, 2015.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, August 21, 2015. CSE Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the consolidation.
