(firmenpresse) - FORT ST. JOHN, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/20/15 -- Macro Enterprises Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MCR) (the "Company" or "Macro") has granted, under its Stock Option Plan, incentive stock options to its directors, officers, employees and a consultant to the Company, to purchase up to an aggregate of 570,000 common shares in the capital of the Company exercisable for a period of five years ending on August 19, 2020 at a price of $2.35 per share.
Macro''s core business is providing pipeline and facilities construction and maintenance services to major companies in the oil and gas industry. The Company''s corporate office is in Fort St. John, British Columbia. Its shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MCR.
