CBRE to Handle Leasing of Only Comparable New Industrial Building in the Area
(firmenpresse) - GARDENA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/19/15 -- Storm Properties Inc., a leading developer, owner, and manager of industrial and commercial properties, announced today the hiring of CBRE to handle leasing of Storm Fujimoto Industrial Center, a state-of-the-art, 114,061 square-foot, Class-A industrial building in Gardena. Construction is underway and Storm anticipates a completion date in the first quarter of 2016.
The building will feature dual office pods totaling approximately 8,000 square feet to accommodate single or dual tenants. Other prominent features include an ESFR sprinkler system, 32-feet clear height, 21 dock-high positions, two grade-level doors, and a 135-foot truck court. The site spans an entire city block, offering dual access to both Broadway and Main Streets, and is located approximately one-half mile from the I-110 freeway and less than one mile from the SR-91 freeway.
The CBRE marketing team is led by John Schumacher, Brian Held, Robert Flores, and Bret Quinland of the South Bay area office.
