Sora Capital Investee Company HelpHub Services Inc. Receives Strategic Investment

As part of the transaction Kasel Investments purchased 75,000 shares of HelpHub from Sora Capital, the proceeds from which the Company used to purchase 25,000 shares of HelpHub. As consideration for this transaction the Company receives an option to purchase 50,000 shares at a nominal price contingent upon HelpHub completing its next equity financing on qualified terms.
