A Wide Range of New Developments in The Pipeline
(firmenpresse) - Staufen, June 25, 2015 — Erhard Eble, Vice President of the IKA Group, announced a
new wave of innovations over the next coming months and years. IKA hosted the legendary
Achema Party 2015 in Staufen, Germany, just days ahead of Europe’s leading
tradeshow for the laboratory and process industry.
Eble gave a review of the 50 new products that IKA® has launched since Achema 2012.
These were the results of a substantial innovation phase that saw several million euro
invested in research and development each year. He astounded the customers present
from more than 35 nations with a forecast of numerous innovations and further developments.
These include new agitators, viscometers, magnetic stirrer series as well as a new generation
of shakers and rotary evaporators. The range of rotary evaporators and recirculating
chillers is set to be supplemented with additional vacuum pumps, while new versions
of as well as additions to the compact LR1000 laboratory reactor will also be introduced.
The pipeline also includes also new temperature control systems, new dispersing units
and technology, as well as new mills and grinders. A new software is being developed for
recording measured values and controlling devices.
