Uni-Select Announces the Acquisition of C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited

(TSX: UNS), a leading distributor of automotive products in Canada and paint and related products in the United States, announced today that it completed yesterday the acquisition, through one of its subsidiaries, of the assets of C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited. This strengthens Uni-Select''s presence in the Maritimes and represents our first corporate stores in Atlantic Canada.
C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited, a long-term customer of Uni-Select, is a well respected wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products operating 3 stores in Nova Scotia for many years. These stores will be the first Uni-Select corporate stores in the Maritime Provinces. Uni-Select is glad to welcome to its team the 14 professionals who contributed to building strong relationships and to forging C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Limited''s enviable position in the market.
