L2 Aviation Hires Richard Welch as RAMS Manager
(firmenpresse) - AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 08/18/15 -- L2 Aviation (L2) is pleased to announce that the company has hired Mr. Richard Welch as Remote Avionics Modification Services (RAMS) Manager. Mr. Welch (age 42) brings over 23 years of Heavy Maintenance and Modification experience to the company and has particular expertise in Production and Program Management within the MRO sector supporting both the FAA Part 121 Air Carrier and aircraft Leasing Companies globally. Prior to joining L2, Mr. Welch worked as a Program Manager with AAR where he was responsible for leading teams in all aspects of commercial aircraft heavy maintenance and modifications.
