Vencor International Enters Into Agreement to Sell Company
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/17/15 -- VENCOR INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OTC PINK: VCOR) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to sell the controlling interest in the Company.
Details of the proposed sale will be released upon closing of the transaction which should take place in the next few days.
