BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), today announced the August 2015 cash distributions for the iShares ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on a monthly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on August 26, 2015 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on August 31, 2015.

CBO & CBO.A
As , FTSE TMX Global Debt Capital Markets Inc. made certain enhancements to CBO''s index, which were designed to improve the diversification and liquidity of the index. As a result of these enhancements, the yield to maturity of CBO''s portfolio experienced a small increase, while the coupon yield also decreased. CBO''s cash distribution reflects this decrease in coupon yield.
CPD & CPD.A
The change in CPD''s distribution rate is a reflection of the general decline in interest rates in Canada.
Estimated August Cash Distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF
The August cash distributions per unit for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF are estimated to be as follows:
BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about August 25, 2015, which will provide the final amounts for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF.
